Cancellation and Refund
CANCEL ITEMS OR ORDERS
At our website and mobile application (hereinafter called platform), our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, we are here to help. You will be able to cancel your order at order level cancellation the same is elaborated as follows:-
ORDER LEVEL CANCELLATION
(i) You can cancel your order online, before the product(s) in your order is under confirm stage. At platform, we can decide the process for crediting the applicable refund against the cancelled order. If the payment for order was done from your side then a refund for such payment will be processed to your original payment method. Order can be cancelled by the below mentioned Communication channel:-
a) You may direct cancel your order through online mode; or
b) You may connect with our customer care executive for cancellation of your order.
(ii) In case, even a single product of the order has been picked/shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.
(iii) In case, the order contains product(s) which were purchased under a special promotional offer or any special scheme, in such cases order level cancellation will not be applicable.
PICKUP/DISPATCH LEVEL CANCELLATION
(i) In case, the product has been picked/shipped, you will not be able to cancel individual product or complete pickup/shipment.
(ii) Cancellation will not be applicable for all the respective products which are part of shipment , if the shipment is out for delivery or in transit stage.
(i) At our www.swayur.com and our mobile application (hereinafter referred as platform), we can decide the process for crediting the applicable refund/return against the various acceptable conditions, If the payment for order was done from your side then a refund/return for such payment will be processed to your original payment method.
(ii) Customer may make the refund/return request within 48 hours from the receipt of Products, if product(s) so delivered is/are not as per the ordered quantity, agreed specifications and/or found defective in nature. Further, the refund/return request can not be made beyond the aforesaid period of 48 hours. We shall not accept the refund/return request from the customer after expiration of the aforesaid time period. We require the images of the product/ images of box/ received invoice along with query for the product/ products under refund/return request therefore you will share the same in original conditions to us on our below mentioned email within 48 hours of products delivery:-
It is noted that after inspecting the conditions of the delivered products through images it will be decided whether the return shall be initiated or refund shall be initiated, after getting the internal management approval.
(iii) If you have selected Cash on Delivery and order has been delivered. It is noted that if the delivered orders is not matched as per the conditions mentioned above (ii) then above clause (i) and (ii) shall come into effect.
(iv) Following are the conditions applicable on the refund process:-
For Prepaid Orders:
Within 24 working hours, the refund will be initiated and it will take upto 7-10 working days to reflect into your original source account it may vary from time to time.
For COD or Pay on Delivery Orders: Within 24 working hours, the refund will be initiated and it will take upto 7-10 working days to reflect into your original source account it may vary from time to time. You may share your bank details with us for getting the refund amount once you connect with our customer care executive. The Bank Details can be shared through the channel as suggested by our customer care executive.
